Good morning folks! 

Welcome to the second installment of SPIN newsletters sent while I'm away. By now, I should be exploring Iquitos, the world's largest city only accessible by plane or boat, as well as the Amazon.

I have already been to Lima and Ica, visiting with new friends and highlining in a desert!

IN 'RARE' ON-MOUNTAIN ACCIDENT, SUN PEAKS RESORT LLP SAYS ONE GUEST HAS DIED

After colliding with a tree, an adult male recreating at Sun Peaks Resort March 21 died.

CALLING ALL ARTISTS: SUN PEAKS' VALLEY TRAIL BANNERS ARE GETTING A REFRESH

The chosen artisans for the banner project will see their art displayed prominently throughout the village.

VOLUNTEERS HELP CREATE A NOVEL TRAIL FOR NORDIC BUNNIES 

The Nordic Adventure Trail was a community project, aimed at helping skiers ages four and five learn the basics.

The Sip, Savour and Ski festival pairs delectable meals and beverages with skiing at Sun Peaks Resort.

Bathe in healing sounds at Sun Peaks Yoga with a sound bath from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Register online.

Easter celebrations on the mountain include an Easter egg hunt for kids and special visits with the Easter Bunny and Harry Bear from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the top of the Sunburst Express chairlift.
