WEEKLY NEWS FOR DEC. 4

Good afternoon folks!

At the recent council meeting (look for our recap tomorrow), chief administrative officer Deanna Campbell shared progress regarding the health centre. The municipality continues to work closely with Dr. Catherine Nowierski, but is not certain of a reopening date.

β€œWe know it may not seem or feel like it, but as one of my staff pointed out this morning, we’re actually moving through a really complex process quicker than what happened in any other situation,” Campbell said.

Many have shared their thoughts, support and frustration regarding the health centre’s closing. Let us know what you think (and if we can quote you) as we work on an impact article.
