I'm writing to send a huge thank you to the many people who stepped up to support SPIN's journalism during our end-of-year fundraising drive. 

I can't express how important these reader fundraising drives are to our operations.

Your contributions, big and small, help us pay local journalists to bring you original reporting, news briefs and events listings every week so you can stay informed and maybe even get involved.

We’re still short of our fundraising goal — a goal that’s critical to ensuring we can dig into the stories you want told in 2026. So we’ve extended the deadline to Dec. 31!
